ISLAMABAD: The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad on Friday extended the interim bail of Kingdom Valley owner until July 10 in a case involving allegations of fraud worth Rs310 million linked to the sale of plots and property files. The matter was heard by Additional Sessions Judge. During the hearing, the investigating officer requested additional time to complete the investigation. The officer informed the court that further inquiry was required before the case could proceed. After hearing the request, the court approved the police application and extended the interim bail of the accused until July 10. The hearing was then adjourned to the same date. According to the case record, Ghulam Shahid faces allegations of obtaining Rs310 million from individuals in exchange for plots and property files that were allegedly not delivered as promised. The complainants claim that the money was collected through transactions related to real estate investments. Police are continuing their investigation into the allegations and are examining the relevant documents and financial records connected to the case. DNA
