ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has accepted appeal plea against high court decision in the case pertaining to appointment of Special Assistants (SA) to Chief Minister Balochistan. A two members bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan took up the case for hearing Monday. Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi inquired during the hearing of the case this case has become in fructuous. Does the case relate to sitting Balochistan government. Additional Advocate General (AAG) told the court the case pertained to previous government. Balochistan High Court has abolished the case in its decision. In a similar case pertaining to Sindh SC had already given decision. High Court did not issue 27-A notice before giving decision. Balochistan government on the occasion made request for suspending high court decision. ONLINE
