ISLAMABAD : Supreme Court (SC) has ordered to acquit a man nominated in murder case in Balochistan. .
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Manzoor Malik took up the case for hearing Wednesday.
Ayesha Tasleem, counsel for the accused took the plea that evidences contradict one an other in this case. There is no eye witness of this murder case.
The court while issuing orders for acquitting the accused after seven years for want of evidence has disposed of the case.
The trial court and high court had awarded life imprisonment to the accused in the case.
