SC admits for hearing petition seeking court order for shifting PTI founder to hospital

ISLAMABAD: During the hearing of chamber appeal against registrar office objections on the petition seeking court’s orders for shifting PTI founder to hospital , Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi has declared the objections null and void besides admitting the appeal for hearing. Hearing of appeal against registrar office objections on the petition regarding shifting Imran Khan to hospital was held in chamber. Uzair Karamat Bhindari counsel for PTI founder appeared in the court. The chamber appeal of PTI founder was approved and the objections raised by registrar Supreme Court (SC) were declared null and void. The CJP while directing Uzair Karamat Bhindari counsel for PTI founder to file signed power of attorney ordered to allot number to PTI founder appeal plea regarding his shifting to hospital. The CJP linked PTI founder appeal plea to Uzma Khan case. The plea for early fixing of petitions of PTI founder and Uzma Khan wasa also approved. DNA
