ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has dismissed NAB plea seeking revocation of bail of former interior minister and PML-N leader Rana Sana Ullah. A two members bench of SC presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) heard NAB plea Thursday. Counsel for NAB took the plea Lahore High Court (LHC) has nullified inquiry against Rana Sana Ullah.
The court wrapped up NAB plea seeking cancellation of bail of Rana Sana Ullah being in-fructuous. Days before NAB plea in connection with revocation of bail of Rana Sana Ullah was fixed for hearing in SC.NAB had filed petition for cancellation of bail of Rana Sana Ullah in the case of accumulation of assets beyond known sources of income.
