ISLAMABAD : Supreme Court (SC) has given 3 weeks more time to government to file APS report in APS carnage case.
The hearing of the APS case is likely to take place after courts winter vacation/ Earlier the court had directed government to file implementation report within 4 weeks. The deadline set by SC was December 10. It has now been extended.
It may be recalled government has to file APS implementation report in SC.
The SC had directed government to file report with the signatures of the Prime Minister (PM). The government had requested to court to give more time from the court.
