ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has issued notice to interior ministry for removing name of Rao Anwar from Exit Control List (ECL). The petition regarding removal of Rao Anwar from ECL came up for hearing before 3-member bench of SC headed by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan here Monday. The court remarked Rao Anwar case has been decided . According to counsel Rao Anwar is not wanted in any other case. SC issued notice to interior ministry. The court while issuing notice adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period. Online
