ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has rejected second petition fileed by Uzma Khan seeking urgent hearing of contempt of court petition on the matter of shifting PTI founder Imran Khan to hospital. Contempt of court plea has already been fixed for hearing on September 16. The court has made it clear under the policy every case is fixed for hearing on its turn. As many as 94 contempt of court pleas are already pending hearing. Therefore, Uzma Khan petiton for urgent hearing has been declared non maintainable. ONLINE
