A two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Thursday reserved judgment in the appointment case of former Chairman PTV Atta-ul-Haq Qasmi. During the hearing it was revealed that the Prime Minister’s House also recommended Rs15,00,000 pay of Attaul Haq Qasmi. The court has directed to submit the record of the recommendations and to take immediate steps to call Ishaq Dar back to Pakistan. Earlier today, SC resumed the hearing of the case and expressed resentment over Ishaq Dar’s absence despite court’s last notice.
