Supreme Court (SC) while fixing for hearing on Thursday the petition filed against Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) decision on
re-polling in NA-75 Daska has issued notices to the respondents.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Umar Ata Bandial will hear the petition against ECP decision for re-polling in NA-75 Daska by polls today ( Thursday) .
PTI candidate Ali Amjid Malhi has resorted SC against ECP decision for repolling in NA-75 Daska by polls.
