SC to take up case against Supreme Court practice and procedure bill today

ISLAMABAD: Case against Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill will be heard today (Tuesday). 8-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case. SC has already issued notices to Attorney General (AG), Supreme Court Bar Association and Pakistan Bar Council. Notices have been issued to 9 political parties including PML-N, PPP and PTI.
