Unknown persons plundered government female teachers on gun point here in Mandai Kas, subdivision Bara on Friday.
Miss Jameela , one of a robbed female teachers said that they were returning in a van bearing registration no.(LoK-1223) after executing their official duties in the State run girls’ schools when at Najeeb Kelly three motorcycles riders , veiled their faces, intercepted their vehicle and snatched their purses, mobile phones, Identity Cards and other valuable on gun point.
They also brutally beat the driver and successfully managed following commit robbery.
We have lodged an application against the undisclosed raiders in police station Bara, she said and threatened that if security is not provided to them they will boycott their duties.
Efforts were made to seek a version of the police department on the matter but to in avail due to unavailability of responsible officials.
Residents of Bara expressed their discomfort over the malpractice and demanded the police officials to forthwith apprehend the culprits and grant them exemplary punishment who earned a bad name to them.
