Shahbaz Gill could not be indicted in sedition case

ISLAMABAD
PTI leader Shahbaz Gill could not be indicted once again in sedition case.
The sedition case against Shahbaz Gill came up for hearing before district and sessions court Islamabad led by additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Saturday.
In previous hearing Additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra had directed the accused to ensure their attendance on Saturday.
Shahbaz Gill and his lawyers Qaisar Imam and Ali Bukhari appeared in the court Saturday.
Shahbaz Gill said to judge congratulations on birth day.
Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said “ it means message of April fool has reached you.
The judge inquired from Shahbaz Gill “ you are going abroad.
Shahbaz Gill replied “ I am going abroad being happy on your birth day. I salute on the judgment given in respect of Gen (Retd) Shoaib.
Judge inquired thank you but when you will return to Pakistan.
Shahbaz Gill replied i have to go far off.
Judge remarked you have not to go on foot.
Judge Tahir Abbas inquired from judge when the 4 weeks time granted to you by Lahore High Court is starting.
Shahbaz Gill replied this will start when I leave the country.
The counsel for the accused said Supreme Court decision has not been received so far.
The court directed to write and file application.
The court while deferring the indictment of Shahbaz Gill adjourned the hearing of the case till May 06.
