ISLAMABAD : Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said Shahbaz Sharif had given guarantee for Nawaz Sharif return to Pakistan and his guarantee has gone where now.
He said this while addressing a press conference here Wednesday.
He held Nawaz Sharif was doing all the work now while sitting in London. Sharif brothers are roaming. There is no such emergency. If we allow them today then it will be said “ muk mukao” has been done.
He went on to say Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has announced Rs 30 billion rupees package for district Multan. Laying foundation stone of Multan South Punjab secretariat is a big movement forward. This is a turning point.
I in the capacity of member of assembly had presented bill seeking reservation of employment quota for Multan, he said adding PM Imran Khan has asked for reservation of employment quota for South Punjab. The people of South Punjab should be given jobs on merit in proportionate to the population.
He stated We are in a state of tremendous agony over the incident of Al Aqsa mosque. PM Imran Khan has met secretary general OIC. PM has demanded that need is there the Muslim Ummah should be united on OIC platform.
He underlined that notice will be taken when 57 countries raise voice in unison. No one can do any thing alone. NAMOOS-E-RISALAT {PBUH} and blasphemous caricature issue were also raised, he pointed out.
He stated that PM Imran Khan discussed with OIC Secretary General on formation of joint front against islamophobia.
He added that a limited extremist group from west is targeting us on Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH). The PM also discussed this issue during his visit as how to control this group.
It is need of hour that Muslims living in Italy, France and other European countries should be activated, he said adding Turkish foreign minister will talk to Saudi Arabia for uniting the Ummah on the issue of Al Aqsa mosque.
