Baldia factory case
KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered to approach Interpol in connection with petition seeking deportation of accused Hammad Siddiqui in murder cases. Hammad Siddiqui is absconding in Baldia factory case. Petition regarding deportation of accused Taqi Haider Sahah nominated in murder case came up for hearing. He had absconded to Dubai. Home department and foreign ministry filed their report. Deputy Attorney General (DAG) took the plea that Taqi Haider, Hammad Siddiqui and Khurram Nawaz are absconding. ONLINE
Papers have been sent to UAE regarding Taqi Haider. High Court ordered to approach interpol in connection with deportation of Hammad Siddiqui absconding accused in Baldia Factory case. The court while summoning focal person of home department Sindh regarding absconding accused Khurram Nisar adjourned the hearing till April 22. The petitioner Maham Javed has filed petition seeking deportation of alleged killer of her father from Dubai to Pakistan.
