The Sindh High Court Monday ordered the release of over 40 PTI workers arrested under Section 3 of the MPO.
The Sindh High Court provided a big relief to the PTI workers, as it ordered the release of more than 40 PTI workers arrested under the MPO. The court also ordered the suspects to pay Rs10,000 each as surety bond. The Additional Advocate General assailed the pleas on the grounds of inadmissibility, however, the court asked the AAG to argue about the admissibility.
