A dignified ceremony was held at the office of CCPO Peshawar Qasim Ali Khan here on Friday.
SHO Paharipura Javed Marwat, Investigation Officer Hidayat Khan and officers Shah Faisal, Aftab, Hazra Khan and Muhammad Sohail were awarded cash rewards and certificates of appreciation for arresting the accused involved in indiscriminate killing of a government teacher in Yusafabad.
CCPO Peshawar Qasim Ali Khan while addressing the event said that along with the prevention of street crime, operations should be intensified to make the ongoing campaign against wanted criminals in other serious crimes including murder, attempted murder successful. The CPO also directed to crack down on the elements involved in land grabbing mafia, drug peddlers, gamblers and other anti-social activities.
