PML-Q head Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has announced in unequivocal terms to lend support to Chaudhry Pervez Elahi in Punjab Assembly (PA).
“ I refute the PML-N claim for extending my support to Hamza Shahbaz in PA. I say in unambiguous words that Chaudhry Pervez Elahi is our candidate. Our members of assembly will cast vote in favor of Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, he said this in a statement issued here Tuesday.
He held no bid be made to delude any member of assembly from PML-Q by spreading rumours. Members of Punjab Assembly from PML-Q have always adhered to and upheld party discipline. They will supprt Chaudhry Pervez Elahi at every cost.
He went on to say “ I have never given a wrong sttement. I have always given the lesson of truthfulness. Such baseless rumors be avoided to be fomented.
