2 Members of National Assembly (MNAs) of PTI have been arrested following the dismissal of their interim bail plea by Islamabad High Court (IHC) in Sindh House attack case.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of IHC announced the decision after hearing the case Tuesday.
The court rejected the interim bail plea of both of the MNAs. The two MNAs including Atta Ullah and Fahim Khan were arrested following the dismissal of their bail plea.
During the last week IHC had accepted the bail plea of these two MNAs from PTI against the surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000 each till April 26. These two MNAs are among those MNAs from PTI who have resigned from their seats in National Assembly.
PTI Youth wing leader Roy Tanvir has also been arrested in Sindh House attack case. These three PTI leaders will be presented before Sessions court today in connection with their physical remand.
