Rawalpindi: A ruthless son who shot and killed his own father has been arrested in Rawalpindi, media reported. As per media report, an old man was shot dead in race course Barf Khana Chowk area of Rawalpindi by his own son. As soon as the incident was reported, rescue and police teams rushed to the spot and the body was shifted to the hospital. According to police, the race course police had received a report of a murder in Barf Khana Chamanabad. When police started the investigation there was a contradiction in the statements of the victim’s son Saqleen. Then he was taken to race course police station for questioning, where he confessed to the crime and said that he got angry and opened fire and killed his father. According to police, the body of the deceased has been shifted of the hospital for postmortem. While case has been registered and the accused will be challenged with solid evidence. Online
