ISLAMABAD: Special Committee of the National Assembly on Supreme Judicial Council has sought a detailed briefing from the Ministry of Law regarding the Superior Judiciary. The meeting of special committee of NA Supreme Judicial Council was held on Wednesday. Special Committee has started work on conduct of judges of superior judiciary and framing reference . 5-member special committee has nominated Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha as Chairman Committee . All members have unanimously nominated Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha as Chairman Committee. While thanking to all members Mohsin Shahnawaz has said, all decisions will be made according to constitution and law with the consultation of all members. The committee will give final decision on reference. Law Minister Senator Azam Nazeer should come and brief this committee and guide regarding the reference on the violation of the constitution and law. The Ministry of Law should inform the committee after completing the proceedings on reference regarding the judges of the Supreme Court. Online
