Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Inter-Club Volleyball Championship was won by Sports Board Academy, defeating Youth Khalil Club by 3-0 in the final played here at PSB Coaching Center on Monday,
Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Sarmad Saleem distributed prizes among the players along with Provincial Volleyball Association Secretary Khalid Waqar, Regional Sports Officer Kashif Farhan, Directorate of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Coach Wasifullah, Bakhtiar Alam Finance Secretary Provincial Volleyball Association and Tajamal Khan were present.
The final of Inter-Club Volleyball Championship was played between Youth Khalil Club and Sports Board Academy, in which Sports Board Academy showed the best game and defeated Youth Khalil Club by 25-16, 25-18 and 25-19 to win the title.
Earlier the first semi-final was played between Youth Khalil Club and Aftab Club Bara Sheikhan which Youth Khalil Club won by 3-1, the score was 27-25, 25-21, 25-23 and 25-22.
A total of 20 clubs of Peshawar District participated in the Inter-Club Volleyball Championship wherein Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Sarmad Saleem distributed prizes among the players.
