SSP Operations visits PAL office, different police stations

SSP Operation Lieutenant Commander (Retd) Kashif Aftab Abbasi has said that aim of setting up Police Assistance Lines (PAL) to facilitate citizen under a roof and resolved their problems without any delay.
He made these remarks during his first visit to PAL office at Gharbi Police Station.
During his visit SSP Operation inspected different records and met with the concerned officials. He said that hundreds of complainants visit PAL office in Peshawar for their lawful work. Kashif Aftab Abbasi directed the officials of the concerned office to improve the service delivery at the office.
SSP Operations Peshawar also met with the people who visited the PAL office. The far-reaching benefits should reach the people in any case in which negligence would not be tolerated, he added. The SSP operation further said that in case of disappearance of various documents and registration of other reports, care should not be taken lightly and recklessly otherwise strict action would be taken against such personnel.
In a separate development, SSP Operations paid surprise visits to different police stations of the different divisions in the provincial capital. During his visits, he checked the records of different police stations of Rural, Cantt and City divisions. He also inspected government arms and ammunition at different police stations.
SSP Operations also met the people who came to the police station and asked questions about the police attitude He solved the problems of many complainants on the spot. SSP Operations sternly warns Muharram staff to ensure immediate redressal of grievances.
He issued orders to deploy Rafiq, a staff member of Agha Mir Jani Shah Muharram Police Station, on general duty for poor performance. During his visits to police stations of the provincial capital, SSP Operations issued various directives to police officers, adding that no negligence would be tolerated in delivery of services.
