Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said concrete steps are being taken to strengthen the health infrastructure in the province.
He was speaking while laying the foundation stone of three vital projects of Health Department in Lahore and Rahim Yar Khan on Wednesday.
Giving direction to authorities concerned to complete these projects within stipulated time, he said that the PTI government allocated a hefty amount for the betterment of the health sector.
Speaking about the National Sehat card project as a remarkable project of the incumbent government, the Chief Minister said that this project will meet the health emergency needs of the downtrodden section of the society.
