ISLAMABAD : Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry has said Indian government decision on refusing the foreign journalists to visit Pakistan via Wahga borders to Pakistan to meet Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan is regrettable.

In a statement issued here Wednesday he said this step negates the claims of Modi government which Indian foreign minister had made in his lecture of tolerance, talks and global law imparted by him to the world.

Stopping New Delhi based representatives of New York Times, Reuters and the Economist from visiting Pakistan by Indian government bears clear evidence of India being obsessed with the fear that it can not face truth. Hampering professional matters of media and violating the set international norms of independent reporting is continuity of extremist mindset of fascist, unilateral and illegal steps.
The so called claim of India as worlds largest democracy has been exposed with stopping the independent journalists by Indian government from visiting Pakistan.
