The teaching and non teaching staff of the University of Chitral lauded The provincial government Rs200 million grand in aid for the University. In a statement issued here on Friday, the spokesperson of the University of Chitral has appriciated the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and its cabinet members for thier effective financial assistance to the university faced with multiple challenges due to financial constrains.
It is worth to mention here that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) cabinet in its recent meeting had approved a bail out package for the University of Chitral as it facing crucial financial issues.
The university in the statement thanked the secretary higher education Dawood Khan and Special Assistant to CM KP on Minority Affairs Wazirzada for their efforts to approve the grant for University of Chitral.
