Suspects arrested in crackdown against anti-social elements

Police have launched a crackdown against anti-social elements and conducted patrols in residential and posh areas.
Police teams were led by under the supervision of DSP Town Sajjad Hussain, SHO Town Police Station Ibrahim Khan on the direction of SP Cantt Waqas Rafiq, said a handout.
A number of suspects were arrested by police from Abad Colony, Bord Bazar and other adjacent areas, among the arrested accused are residents of different areas of Peshawar including the neighboring country of Afghanistan.
The arrested persons were allegedly involved in crimes including exhibiting weapons.
Liquor, ice worth thousands of rupees and several cartridges have also been recovered. Cases have been registered against all the accused and investigation has been started.
