LARKANA: According to the details, the swearing-in ceremony was held at Darbar Hall of DC Office, Jacobabad. Chairman District Council Jacobabad Mir Tahir Khan Khoso, Vice Chairman Sardarzada Rizwan Khan Odho and Chairman of Municipal Committee Jacobabad Mir Ghulam Abbas Jakhrani, Vice Chairman Asif Ali Abro along with PPP leader Mir Khalid Khan Jakhrani, Sardar Ali Ahmed Odho, Mir Fahad Khan Jakhrani, Mir Sabir Khan Jakhrani and others participated in large numbers. Due to the sudden death of Sardar Manzoor Khan Panhwar, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Yousif Shaikh took oath as chairman and vice chairman simply. In the ceremony, prayers were also offered for the forgiveness of Sardar Manzoor Khan Panhwar.
