In observance of World Tuberculosis (TB) Day, a symposium followed by an awareness walk was successfully organized at CDA Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Naeem Taj. The event aimed to highlight the importance of TB prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment while reinforcing the global commitment to ending tuberculosis.
The symposium featured Madam Ibera as the Chief Guest, who emphasized the need for collaborative efforts in combating TB and improving public health awareness. Dr. Farhan Ali, serving as the Program Director, ensured a well-structured and informative session that brought together healthcare professionals and experts to discuss the latest advancements in TB management.
The event was skillfully hosted by Dr. Naila, while the Organizing Committee, comprising Ruqia and Palwasha, played a crucial role in the smooth execution of the program.
Following the symposium, a TB awareness walk was conducted, symbolizing solidarity in the fight against tuberculosis. Participants, including doctors, medical staff, and community members, marched to spread awareness about TB’s impact and the importance of early detection and treatment.
