As Eid ul Adha approaches, tailors across the country were facing accusations of overcharging customers for stitching clothes. Many tailors have reportedly stopped taking new orders, citing a surge in demand, while others were charging exorbitant rates for their services. According to reports, some tailors have doubled their stitching charges due to the increased workload and demand for Eid clothes. A customer, who wished to remain anonymous, claimed that tailors have increased stitching charges by up to Rs 200 to 500 for a single suit.
