Taking child abroad by changing documents case: Court summons report from interior minister, foreign minister

Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought report from Interior minister Mohsin Naqvi and foreign minister Ishaq Dar in the case of taking the minor child to foreign country by changing the documents.
Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC) Malik Shehzad Ahmad Khan heard the case on the petition of Rabia mother of child Monday.
Interior secretary Muhammad Khurram Agha appeared in the court.
At the inception of hearing interior secretary said I have taken over charge in previous week. I have taken up this case. The case has been delayed . I regret over it.
The CJ IHC remarked we summon foreign minister. Then we will summon prime minister.
CJ IHC inquired form interior secretary tell us the time of your choice.
Interior secretary said this is matter between two countries. Response from Belgium comes in how many days. I cannot tell confirmed time . Give us time of two months.
Justice Malik Shahzad replied to interior secretary two months time has not to be given. You have deceived this court. Some time you say the accused has been arrested abroad. You have formed such a team which is idle. You have employed ill famed people.
On non submission of report in the court by foreign ministry despite court’s order, the court directed foreign minister Ishaq Dar to be careful in future about court’s orders besides summoning progress report about the return of minor child from abroad within a month.
