Third political force to surface soon: Musharraf

All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Chairman General (retd) Pervez Musharraf
has expressed that some major political personalities of the country were in contact with him and soon there will be a third political force in the country to solve chronic problems.
He was briefing to the media team of his party headed by APML’s joint secretary information Shehzad Arabi Satti at Dubai.
General Musharraf said that his party will fully participate in the country’s politics and people of Pakistan through electronic, print and social media should know about his progressive and reforming agenda.
Briefing outlined that the APML media wing is quite strong, vibrant and capable in reaching out to the people of Pakistan.
Shehzad Satti briefed the party Chairman about the communication strategies that APML media wing has evolved for establishing links between party and the masses via three contemporary and  conventional forms of media.
APML senior vice president Major General (retd) Rashid Qureshi, APML secretary general Dr Muhammad Amjab and party’s United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s Chief Organizer Muhammad Ghous Shehzad were present there in the briefing session.
General Musharraf said that his party will address all major issues of the country and we have plans and strategies to pull Pakistan out of a crises situation. What we need to create is more awareness among the masses about our agenda and program. We also need to make people of Pakistan understand a direct link between poverty and bad governance.
About media briefing, General Musharraf expressed his satisfaction and lauded efforts of the AMPL media team. He said that the APML would use all the modern communication techniques to reach out masses before 2018 elections.
At the moment there are few challenges that I expect we could overcome with hard work and planning. Major political parties of the country failed in delivering to the people living below the poverty line and a new political force is a greater need of the hour. We already working on these lines and soon Pakistan will see a change in the political spectrum, General Musharraf said.
