PESHAWAR: At least four members of a family including three women and a young girl lost their lives when the roof of a house suddenly collapsed in Bajaur district, rescue sources informed on Wednesday. The tragic incident took place in the jurisdiction of Loi Sam police station, in the area of Mandal Dag, Lam Shah. The house belonged to a local resident, Rasool Khan. At the time of the collapse, several family members were inside the house and became trapped under the debris. Rescue workers said five family members were buried beneath the rubble adding that they responded promptly, pulling the victims out and administering CPR on-site before shifting them in critical condition to the District Headquarters Hospital in Khar.
