ISLAMABAD: The government on Saturday rolled out a time scale promotion policy for federal employees from Grade 1 to 16. After the approval of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance has formally issued an office memorandum. The Finance Ministry asked the ministries and divisions to form committees for time scale promotion. The Ministry of Finance stated that the promotion will be done on the basis of the recommendation of the committee. The Ministry of Finance said that the performance, duration of employment and discipline will be reviewed for promotion. DNA
