ATTOCK: Former Punjab Minister for Baitul Maal and Social Welfare Yawar Abbas Bukhari has vowed that timely completion of public welfare oriented projects would be ensured in Attock. He expressed these views during his visit to review the re-carpeting of Attock – Haji Shah road on Sunday. Focal person PTI Attock Syed Khawar Abbas Bukhari was also present on the occasion. He said that work on state of the art medical social unit which ground breaking ceremony was carried out on March 19 2022 with an allocation of Rs 9 million during current fiscal year. Mr Boukhari said Attock would be a role model for other districts and the general public, especially patients coming from far flung towns of the district like Jand and Pindigheb would be facilitated as all the Medical Social Services would be provided to the destitute and poor patient. He further informed that cardiology and thalassemia unit will also be established in the District headquarters hospital.
