TMA Swabi, in partnership with SNG Pakistan, announced the official launch of the groundbreaking E-TMA app, revolutionising the access to municipal services in the region. This innovative digital solution, developed in collaboration with the Local Government, Elections, and Rural Development (LGERD) KP, marks a significant step towards a more digitally empowered and citizen-centric society.

The E-TMA app aims to simplify and streamline the process of availing municipal services by providing seamless access to a wide array of services from the comfort of one’s home. This transformative initiative is set to enhance transparency, accountability, and ease of doing business, benefiting both residents and businesses in TMA Swabi.
The key features of the E-TMA app includes effortless submission of applications for various municipal services, eliminating the need for physical visits to government offices and reducing bureaucratic hurdles. It provides Real-time Progress Tracking where users can track the progress of their service requests, ensuring transparency and staying informed about the status of their applications. It has a user-friendly Interface designed to cater to diverse user groups, making it accessible and easy to use for all citizens.
The E-TMA app was officially inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner of Swabi in the presence of prominent public officials, representatives of the local government, business community, and civil society members. The event, hosted by TMA Swabi in collaboration with SNG Pakistan, showcased the unwavering commitment to advancing digitalisation in the region.
