Traditional Games in Malakand is in full swing under the aegis of Directorate General Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa wherein a good number of players are taking part in different traditional games. The Games including Kabaddi, Tug of War, Volley, Gali Danda, Balori, Buri Race and Sakhe competitions are part of the Traditional Games. Assistant Director Sports Zakirullah Khan, District Sports Officer Malakand Rafiullah Khan and Admin Officer Irshad Khan distributed the prizes among the players.
The players participated, according to the results, in Kabaddi, Ghawar Clay Club came first, Ghani Dheri Club came second, in Volleyball, Kot Volleyball Club came first, Sindano Club came second, Power Jam came first in Tug of War, Dargai Tigers came second, In Gilli Danda, Batkhela Club won the first position, Sakhakot Club won the second position, while Jawad Khan won the first position and Adil Khan got the second position in the Buri (Sake race).
