New Zealand’s fast bowler Trent Boult won an important honor against Sri Lanka.
New Zealand fast bowler Trent Boult became the sixth bowler to take more than 50 wickets in World Cup matches in the match being played at the M Chanaswamy Cricket Stadium in Bengaluru.
He took the wickets of captain Kaushal Mendes, Charith Asalanka and Sudira Samara Wickrama against Sri Lanka.
Earlier, Glenn McGrath 71, Muralitharan 68, Mitchell Starc 59, Lasith Malinga 56, Wasim Akram 55 have got the honor of taking wickets.
