ARIFWALA: Two dacoits were killed while the third one managed to escape following an encounter with police at Qabula area of Arifwala. According to reports, the dacoits were fleeing after robbing a house. When police were alerted, it began chasing them. On seeing the cops, the dacoits opened fire at them. Police retaliated, which resulted in the deaths of two dacoits. Police also seized the sophisticated weapons used by dacoits. The Force said that the gang was involved in several dacoities in Qabula and Chowk Marla areas. The bodies of slain dacoits were sent to DHQ Hospital for the post-mortem. DNA
