Two people drowned while taking bath in a canal during picnic here on Sunday. Rescue sources said that a group of people hailing from Karachi had come to Thatta for picnic on the weekend. While taking bath in a canal near Thatta two people went into deep water and drowned. Search for the bodies of the drowned people was underway. Police, rescue personnel and local people were taking part in the operation.
