KARACHI: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed to have arrested two suspects, allegedly involved in buying and selling of illegal weapons online, during an operation in Pirabad area of Karachi. The arrested suspects were identified as Nazar Shah and Mohammad Shahid. According to a CTD spokesperson, the Department personnel have recovered two TT pistols and one 9mm from the possession of the accused. The statement further said that Nazar Shah was the one who brought weapons from KP, while Shahid was the buyer of weapons, and that Shahid had liked weapons online, and he had transferred 10 percent of the amount of purchased arms online.
