Former national cricket team captain Wasim Akram has indirectly criticized all-rounder Imad Wasim and said that the players want to be fed in the team without participating in Pakistan Cup, Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
Prioritize international agreements over national ones.
In a private TV channel program, he said that the players who are with Pakistan team are busy but why other players are not participating in domestic matches, one of them is sitting on television and they want to play for Pakistan.
On private TV program, Imad Wasim, while answering a fan’s question about his absence from domestic cricket, said that he has contracts with foreign leagues due to which he cannot participate in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy and Pakistan Cup.
It should be noted that Imad Wasim played the last ODI against Zimbabwe in Rawalpindi in 2020.
He has played 55 matches representing Pakistan in which he has scored 986 runs and 44 wickets.
