ISLAMABAD, March 18 (Online): Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said loans matter has been resolved and now the government will contain inflation.
“Loans problem has been sorted out. Now we will overcome price hike. We inherited very difficult economy. We paid back the loans of previous government. Loans have been managed and now we will be able to contain inflation”, he said this in a statement issued here Thursday.
He went on to say Prime Minister (PM) can reshuffled the cabinet whenever he wills. Performance will be improved in second innings.
He held PM will join in last phase after the formation of parliamentary committee.
He stated federal cabinet met under the PM in the current week. A set of issues including opposition long march, political and economic situation, electoral reforms and the points spelt out in meeting agenda came under discussion in the meeting.
Election commission and PDM came under severe attack in cabinet meeting, he pointed out.
The cabinet members opined that election commission remained no more impartial. Election commission should resign. Election commission role remained controversial in Daska by polls and Senate polls.
PDM decisions are foolish decisions and PDM is stoking chaos, he underlined.
