ISLAMABAD : supreme Court (SC) while accepting plea of the counsel for the petitioner in land case has given him more time for preparations in the case.
A two members bench of SC presided over by Justice Qazi Faiz Isa took up the case for hearing Friday.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa reprimanded the counsel for not making preparations in the case remarking “ have you not been paid fee. If this is your preparation then “Allah hi Hafiz hai” of your client. The lawyers should not seek help from the judges in the court but should come in the court well prepared.
Reprimanding the lawyer for calling former governor, as governor sahb, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa remarked “ wakil sahb have we got freedom from Britons or not. What is governor Sahb. Only governor is sufficient.
