Deputy Commissioner Jhang Abdullah Khurram Niazi on Monday instructed all concerned personnel to oversee all schemes to enhance the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of villages under the policy of “ gaon chamken ge “ recently initiated by the caretaker Punjab Government.
The district administration’s spokesperson stated in a press release that all of the scheme’s projects are being monitored properly on-site. He also gave instructions to compile and forward scheme reports to him. Additionally, he oversaw the completion of murals and wall adornment.
“ The improvement of the district’s villages is a matter of great concern for all assistant commissioners and local government staff” he added. He went on to say that the drive’s goal is to give the communities access to utilities and hygiene and to raise the people’s standard of living.
