KOHAT: The 42nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Water and Sanitation Services Company (WSSC) Kohat was held under the chairmanship of Board Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer Muhammad Saad Qureshi, reaffirming the organization’s commitment to modernizing public service delivery.
The board approved the minutes of its 41st meeting and endorsed several key administrative and technical initiatives. It commended Head of IT and Customer Services Arif Kamal for developing an in-house IT software application and integrating the billing system with JazzCash to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency.
The meeting also appreciated the UNICEF-supported GIS Mapping and Decision Support System designed to strengthen water supply and sewerage management.
The board reiterated its commitment to transparency and the provision of efficient, timely, and modern municipal services to the people of Kohat.
