Yemeni Houthis attacked the American ship in Red Sea.
According to foreign media, it has been claimed by the Yemeni Houthis that they launched missile attacks on ships in the Red Sea while expressing solidarity with the Palestinians, while drone attacks were also carried out towards Israel.
In their statement, the Yemeni Houthis also said that the ship targeted in the Red Sea belonged to the United States, which has been identified as MSC United, while at the same time several military targets in southern Israel were also targeted by drones.
Yemeni Houthis said the attacks are being carried out in response to atrocities against Palestinians since October 7, targeting Israel and Israeli-affiliated ships in a bid to halt aggression in the Gaza Strip.
