PESHAWAR
Former president of the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) member of executive committee Zahidullah Shinwari appointed as chairman FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Sales Tax (ST) while the SCCI former president Adeel Rauf was appointed as chairman FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for 2024-25.
In this respect, a formal notification was issued by FPCCI, said in a press release here on Saturday.
After being issued a formal communiqué, the SCCI former presidents Zahidullah Shinwari and Adeel Rauf extended gratitude to FPCCI president Atif Ikram Shaikh and assured them, they will try to come up on the trust that had been shown by the FPCCI chief.
Zahidullah Shinwari and Adeel Rauf vowed they will discharge all energies to resolve business community sales tax related issues, development of the SMEs sector and their betterment.
He expressed their firm commitment to take up issues of business community with government and relevant authorities through the FPCCI platform and play a proactive role to resolve all issues of the business community on priority basis.
