Zahir Shah joins JUI

A prominent business leader of Mardan, President of the Chamber of Industry and Trade and the Central Organization of Traders Zahir Shah along with his family and colleagues, announced to join the JUI-F and withdrew from the two provincial constituencies PK-57 and PK-58 as compared to their candidates.
On Monday at a press conference in presence of Maulana Amanat Shah Haqani, candidate for PK-57 and party’s District General Secretary, Azam Khan candidate of JUI NA-21, Qari Niaz Ali candidate of NA-22, Kaleem Ullah Khan Toru candidate of NA-23, candidate for PK-58 Tajul Amin Jabal, 59 PK candidate Maulana Aqeel Ansari and others said that they are joining JUI unconditionally. He said this is the only party in which the workers are getting respect. Many other parties were also in contact, but after thinking and consulting with colleagues, decided to join JUI.
Zahir Shah said that he will continue to serve the public through JUI’s platform. Zahir Shah said that he had submitted papers on the two provincial constituencies PK 57 and PK 58, but the central and provincial leaders of JUI invited him to withdraw papers and join JUI.
He said that he will campaign for JUI candidates across the district and will not spare any sacrifice. Party leaders Maulana Amanat Shah, Taj ul Amin Jabal and Azam Khan put party cap to Zahir Shah and congratulated him. Maulana Amanat Shah Haqani said that Zahir Shah is a positive and constructive thinker and his party will become stronger by joining him. The business community has supported us in every difficult time.
The doors of JUI are open and we believe in conducting all matters through consultation will be resolved. JUI leaders donned the party cap to Zahir Shah and congratulated him on his joining. Earlier, Zahir Shah was escorted to the press club in a motorcade by businessmen and JUI workers and showered with flower petals at various places.
