Barrister Fahad murder
ISLAMABAD: District and sessions Judge Ata Rabbani awarded life imprisonment and imposed fine of half million rupees to 3 accused each in Barrister Fahd Malik murder case. The court also awarded 18 years imprisonment and fine Rs 110000 each to the accused persons under the sections of attempt to murder , violence, and attack. . Accused killed barrister Fahad Malik on the night between 14 and 15 August 2016. According to details, accused were presented before District Court Islamabad of Judge Ata Rabbani and sent to bakhshi khana after attendance. Later on court announced the reserved judgment and awarded life imprisonment to three accused Raja Rashid, Nouman Khokhar, and Hashim each. Online
